Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of FlyPay Nexus websites, dashboards and APIs. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and promptly notify us of unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.
3. Sandbox and live services
Sandbox transactions are simulated and never represent funds. Live processing is available only once your business is verified and the relevant payment provider integrations are active. Availability of specific payment methods depends on third-party providers.
4. Fees
Fees are shown on the Pricing page or in your merchant agreement and are calculated per successful transaction. We may change fees with prior notice.
5. Prohibited use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable laws, including anti-money-laundering and consumer protection laws.
6. Refunds, disputes and reserves
You are responsible for refunds and customer disputes relating to your sales. We may hold funds where required by law, a provider or to manage risk.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is”. Our liability is limited to fees paid to us in the three months before a claim.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or present unacceptable risk.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania unless your merchant agreement states otherwise.
